    芋头去皮切片,再切细丝,将所有材料A放入面糊中拌匀成球状。Peel and slice the taro, then cut it into fine shreds. Mix all ingredients A in the batter until well combined, forming into balls.

    放入热油,炸至金黄色备用。Fry the balls in hot oil until golden brown and set aside.

    Step 3

    锅内加入少许油,倒入调味料拌抄均匀后,再加入已炸好的芋球,略拌抄即可上碟。In a pan, add a little oil. Pour in the seasoning and stir-fry until well mixed. Add the fried taro balls and toss briefly. Serve.
